STEP 1 - Base and Component Colors

*Select the number and color of the candles for your celebration. Choose the glitter finish for the top of the two-tiered rectangular base. Then select the ribbon for the edge trim. Your choice of Player color and Star color will complete the selections for the base. Make your color selections in the dropdown boxes above.

Included are all the needed supplies, detailed instruction sheets and designer tips. We do the prep work, no painting required.
The basic tools you will need are scissors and glue gun. Extra weight is recommended for outdoor use.
