STEP 1 - Base and Component Colors
* Select the number and color of the candles for your celebration. Choose the glitter finish for the top of the two-tiered rectangular base. Your choice of Star color will complete the selections for the base. Kit also includes a silver Race Car and 2 checkered flags.

STEP 2 - After you click "Add To Cart", you will be able to select your letters.
Tip: Select a different color for your letters so they will stand out from the base.

Product Information:
Included are all the needed supplies, detailed instruction sheets and designer tips. We do the prep work, no painting required.

The basic tools you will need are scissors and glue gun. Extra weight is recommended for outdoor use.
