STEP 1 - Base & Candles
* Select the number of candles for your celebration. The two-tiered rectangular base is glittered in Black and accented with Bright Pink Marabou Boas. There are arrangements of 3 Glittered Stars in Hot Pink with a Black Puffy Glittered Heart and an Acrylic Beaded Spray on each side of the base. The painted and glittered phrase “Celebrate!” in front of the base finishes the design.

Product Information:
Included are all the needed supplies, detailed instruction sheets and designer tips. We do the prep work, no painting required.
The basic tools you will need are scissors and glue gun. Extra weight is recommended for outdoor use.
